Same thing happend here; all my permalinks were frustrated. Somehow the number "65" was put in my permalink (mymainsite\65\mypage). Looking further I found out that this was due to the fact that when I upload a picture, although it was put on the right language, polylang somehow created the language "65" and put that language to the picture.
